Beautiful riverside home with pool and views.

Internally there are five bright bedrooms and the house benefits from four bathrooms with two separate WC’s. There are also three reception areas creating perfect living and entertaining spaces.

For those avid wine makers there are two separate areas dedicated to the art with 4 qvevries (Georgian wine making vessels) and even a temperature controlled Marani plus 1000 bottle wine cellar. In the garden there are several grape vines yielding over 500kg grape wine every harvest.

There is an office for working from home, and when it comes to relaxing you have a wonderful top floor lounge with dual aspect large terraces in addition to the other terraces and two Juliet balconines.

Externally the combined gardens give different experiences, from the patio area for relaxing, to the fruit trees, grape vines, wonderful greenhouse and very large workshop means there is something for everyone. My favorite part is the gazeebo at the back with a gate and steps leading straight down to the river itself. There is also plenty of storage and even outside toilet areas.

The large greenhouse also houses a perfect swimming pool which can be used all year round as the glass for the greenhouse is removable.

There are plentiful storage areas inside and out, with a pantry, two garage’s and so many details and features that this property must be viewed to be truly understood and appreciated.
